Private: pergola (10 m2), garden furniture. 1.4 km long narrow motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). 250 m steep footpath to the house. Width of access road: 270 cm. Public parking 250 m. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop Malvaglia Chiesa bus 131-140 14.5 km, railway station Biasca FFS - SBB 22 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 6 km. Nearby attractions: Mulino di Dandrio, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Negrentino, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Splash und SPA + Monte Tamaro. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico (Lucomagno), Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. The setting of this property was absolutely wonderful. The house itself was very basic (and dark) and seemed to have some difficulties - the solar system wasn't sufficient and we often had to run a generator. There were no instructions with the house, so when we had to change over the gas bottles, the owner didn't mention that this would automatically turn off the gas-powered fridge, so it was a day alter that we discovered that the fridge had defrosted and our food was ruined. A simple manual for all this things would have done the job.
